Shipments are made exclusively by TNT and SDA courier: Up to 14 working days are needed to process the order as they are artisanal products produced at the time of the order.

After processing the order, on average the courier takes a maximum of 5 working days for delivery throughout Italy.

Delivery times do not take into account order processing time.

Orders placed on Friday after 12.00 am will be processed the following Monday.

Transit times do not include Sundays or holidays.

Costs

The cost of shipping is calculated during checkout at the time of payment, after entering the destination address, before completion.

Taxes and duties are not included, payment of any fees is the responsibility of the recipient, to be collected upon delivery. Any charges incurred are determined by the customs agency within the selected country and are based on the value of the order and the tax exemption threshold, if any, for the products imported into the recipient's country.
