Madoti only carries out retail trade of goods such as games and wooden furnishings. The store is located on Shopify Inc.: Shopify Inc is the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

Prices

All prices of products on the website www.madoti.it include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded. Shipping costs are indicated before confirming the purchase. All prices are expressed in euros.

Product ordering and tax treatment

By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions. MADOTI reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.

Warranty

All products offered by MADOTI on the website www.madoti.it are covered by a two-year warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. Damage caused by misuse is not guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products sold by us.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the products purchased through the site within 14 (fourteen) working days starting from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal the procedure to follow is as follows:

- Send an email to hello@madoti.it within 14 working days of receiving the goods expressing your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal by indicating the order (indicate the order reference) and for which items (if not all those ordered).

The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed. MADOTI reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not comply with these requirements. Transport and related costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer. MADOTI will not be responsible for refunds or compensation for products returned but never received by MADOTI due to loss, theft or damage that is not attributable to MADOTI. Attention: products sent after the deadline and without the requirements specified above cannot be refunded. The refund concerns only the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. The goods returned once they arrive at our office will be examined to assess any damage or tampering. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:

- lack of the original packaging or some parts of it
- opening the original packaging of the product
- lack of integral elements of the product
- damage to the product due to causes deriving from and/or other than transport

Returning goods/returns

In all cases of returning the goods, the transport costs are borne by the Customer. The transport risks for returning the products are entirely borne by the Customer.

Shipping

MADOTI ships throughout Italy with the exception of Livigno and Campione d'Italia. Details relating to costs and shipping methods will be defined during the order payment phase. For shipments abroad, shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system.

Shipping and delivery times and methods

For each order placed on the MADOTI website, MADOTI issues a receipt. The goods will be shipped only after receiving all the data necessary for issuing the electronic invoice and verifying their correctness. It will not be possible to issue the sales invoice if the request is not made at the same time as the order. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. IMPORTANT: If you are unable to receive the order at home, please indicate another address where you can make the delivery (neighbor, doorman, office, relative, friend, etc.). Upon delivery of the product it is necessary to check the conditions of the packaging and that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document. If the package is not perfectly intact, collect it with reserve, i.e. next to the signature on the delivery note it is necessary to clearly add the words "Received with reserve, damaged package". If, however, the package is seriously damaged so as to have certainly caused damage to the internal contents, reject the goods and ask that the words "Goods rejected, damaged package" always appear on the bill. We remind you that any complaints must be raised immediately with the carrier, otherwise the product will be considered delivered correctly. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections.

Terms of payment

MADOTI accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card
- PayPal (credit card, prepaid card)
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay

Payments with Paypal or credit and/or prepaid card Paypal is a system used to receive credit card payments. It is not necessary to have a Paypal account. If the Customer does not have a Paypal account, simply click on "Don't have a Paypal account?" on the Paypal site at the time of payment. For further information on the security of payments with the Paypal system, check the following address: www.paypal.com/it/webapps/mpp/home For anything not expressly provided for in the previous articles, the most favorable rule for the buyer will apply, i.e. the Legislative Decree 06/09/2005, consumer code, with particular reference to the articles. 50-61bis and 114-123 respectively on the subject of distance contracts and defective products.

Ineffectiveness of the order

No contract shall be considered concluded between MADOTI and the Customer if MADOTI has reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting on the basis of an effective and genuine interest in purchasing the products ordered, or is abusively exercising the right of withdrawal recognized in the paragraph " Right of withdrawal". In such cases, the order submitted by the Customer must be considered as having no effect whatsoever. MADOTI will send the Customer, by e-mail, a communication certifying the failure to conclude the contract, also taking care of the cancellation of any charge and/or expense borne by the Customer.

Applicable law and competent court

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws. For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in Italian territory.
