Prices
All prices of the products on the website www.madoti.it are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are excluded. Shipping costs are indicated before confirming the purchase. All prices are in euros.

Ordering of products and tax treatment
With the Sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions. MADOTI reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received.
Guarantee
All products offered by ALMANA SRLS on the website www.almana.it are covered by a two-year warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. Damages caused by misuse are not guaranteed and we will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products we sell.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract by returning the products purchased through the site within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the procedure to follow is as follows:
The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed. MADOTI reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not comply with these requirements. Transport and related costs for returns remain the responsibility of the customer. MADOTI will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation relating to products returned but which have never been received by MADOTI due to loss, theft or damage that are not attributable to MADOTI. Attention: products sent after the deadline and without the requirements specified above cannot be refunded. The refund concerns only the price of the product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. The returned goods once arrived at our office will be examined to assess any damage or tampering. The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
- lack of the original packaging or some parts of it
- opening of the original product packaging
- lack of integral elements of the product
- damage to the product for reasons deriving from and / or other than transport
Return of goods / returns
In all in case of return of the goods, the transport costs are charged to the customer. The transport risks for the return of the products are fully borne by the Customer.
Shipping
MADOTI ships throughout the Italian territory with the exception of Livigno and Champion of Italy. The details relating to costs and shipping methods will be defined during the order payment phase. For shipments to abroad, the shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system.
Shipping and delivery times and methods
For each order placed on the website ALMANA SRLS issues an invoice. The goods will be shipped only after receiving all the data necessary for issuing the electronic invoice and verifying the correctness of the same. It will not be possible to issue the sales invoice if the request is not made at the same time as the order. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.
