MADOTI informs users of the site that the data collected will be used exclusively for the purposes specified below. The data processed are navigation data and data provided voluntarily by the user.

The Site hosts a Shop area. Through this area the User can make purchases of products sold by MADOTI. This section collects the following types of personal data, necessary for the conclusion of the purchase and the shipment of the purchased products, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations connected to the purchase itself:

The processing is aimed exclusively at achieving the following purposes:
- Conclusion of the online purchase of MADOTI products, shipping of the purchased products and fulfillment of legal obligations related to the online purchase;
- Sending commercial communications via newsletter (direct marketing).
Legal basis of the processing
The processing is based on the following lawfulness assumptions:
- for the purpose of concluding the purchase, shipping the products and fulfilling legal obligations related to online purchasing, the legal bases are the execution of a contract (art. 6.1. letter b) GDPR) and the fulfillment of legal obligations (art. 6.1. letter c) GDPR);
- for direct marketing purposes, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the interested party (art. 6.1. letter a) GDPR).
2.2.2. Newsletter
On the website it is possible to subscribe to the periodic newsletter to stay updated on MADOTI news. Subscription to the newsletter occurs by providing the email address by the user of the website.

The processing is aimed exclusively at subscribing to the MADOTI newsletter service.
Legal basis of the processing
For the purpose of registering and receiving the newsletter, the legal basis is the consent freely given by the interested party (art. 6.1. letter a) GDPR).
3. Treatment methods
The data processing will be carried out pursuant to art. 4 no. 2) of the GDPR, by means of the following operations: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data. The data will be processed both on paper and electronically and/or automatically. Starting from their receipt/update, the data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed. 6. Revocation of consent
Consent may be revoked at any time, without however:
- prejudice the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
- prejudice further processing of the same data based on other legal bases such as contractual or legal obligations.
